Motor Vehicle Accident on 29th and Ave I

6/22/09 at 2:52 p.m. — SLCFD is responding to a motor vehicle accident on North 29th and Avenue I, Ft. Pierce.  They have a total of 5 patients, but no trauma alerts.  Reported to be a t-bone accident.  Will update as more information becomes available.

Thursday Morning Update

UPDATE on Fire on Ave. M – The structure was a single family home, with  two adult residents.  Cause was accidental, originated in an electronics cabinet in the bedroom.  Estimated damage is $100,000.  (posted 8:45 a.m.) 

6/17/09 at 11:30 p.m. — SLCFD responded to a vehicle vs. person at 2130 N Old Dixie Hwy.  Ground transported a male, in his early 20s, to a local trauma center.  Condition unknown. 

6/18/09 at 5:32 a.m. — SLCFD responded to a structure fire at 1201 Avenue M.  Arriving units reported the structure was 30% involved (or 30% of the structure was on fire).  No injuries.  Red Cross has been called to assist residents.  SLCFD units are still on scene at 7:15 a.m.  Will update as more information becomes available.
