1/28/11 a.m. — SLCFD responded to 45 calls overnight (6-6). They are currently responding to a 2 vehicle accident at the 120 MM of I-95 NB. One vehicle is reported to have moderate to heavy damage. Will update when more information becomes available

1/25/11 at 10:09 p.m. — SLCFD responded to a stabbing on the 2500 block of SE Rock Springs Drive, PSL. Ground transported a male, in his early 30s, to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. PSLPD was also on the scene.

1/25/11 a.m. — SLCFD responded to 39 calls overnight (6-6), including a fire at a vacant home at 110 Estia, PSL. The cause was believed to be electrical. No injuries.

UPDATE on accident — Ground transported male, in his early 30s, to local trauma center in critical condition. (Air Rescue could not fly due to weather.)
1/21/11 a.m. — SLCFD responded to 49 calls overnight (6-6). Nothing significant to report.
SLCFD is currently responding to a semi vs. motorcycle at 5300 Glades Cut Off Road. Will update if this turns into a significant accident.

1/19/11 at 7:30 p.m. — SLCFD responded to a pick-up truck vs a motorcycle/scooter at the intersection of SE Southbend Blvd and SE Snow Road, PSL. The male, in his 70s, was flown to a local trauma center as a precautionary measure. He was not wearing a helmet and was found wedged under the front bumper of the pick-up truck. PSLPD was also on the scene.
